We’re the Right Wedding Planners for You If…

You’re planning a destination wedding in Punta Mita, Puerto Vallarta, or Sayulita

These destinations are home to us. We know the venues, the vendors, the logistics, and what it takes to bring a wedding together here.

If you’re planning from another country, having a planner who knows the destination firsthand can make every decision along the way much easier.

You want someone who understands the bigger picture

Once you hire us, we look at your wedding as a whole before making major decisions.

With more than 15 years of experience in Puerto Vallarta’s wedding and hospitality industry, including luxury hotels and properties, Carolina brings that experience into the planning process.

We help you evaluate venues based on your guest count and budget, negotiate hotel contracts and room blocks, review agreements, and build realistic budget projections.

As planning moves forward, we also create preliminary layout and design concepts for your selected venues, so you can see what is possible before making final decisions.

You want the person you meet at the beginning to be the person there on your wedding day

When you meet Carolina, you’re meeting the person who will plan your wedding and oversee it on the day itself.

From the morning of your wedding, Carolina is there, making sure the moving pieces are coordinated and everything you’ve spent months planning comes together.

You won’t be handed off to someone else when the wedding day arrives.

You want a truly personal experience

Carolina takes on a maximum of two weddings per month.

This allows her to give each couple the time, attention, and personal involvement their wedding deserves.

Your wedding gets her attention throughout the planning process, and on the day itself.

You want to make the most of your time in Mexico

When you come to Puerto Vallarta or Riviera Nayarit for a site visit, we help you make the most of your trip.

We create an itinerary around your planning priorities, coordinate your appointments, and take you to some of our favorite places to eat along the way.

Because you’re not just visiting for a wedding. You’re experiencing the destination you’re bringing your guests to.

Food is an important part of your celebration

Carolina is a foodie, so naturally, food is part of the conversation.

We love discovering great restaurants, tasting menus with our couples, and thinking about how food can become part of the different moments throughout a wedding weekend.

For us, it’s another way to make the experience feel personal.

You want Mexico to be part of your wedding, without it becoming the theme

We believe a destination should influence a wedding in subtle, thoughtful ways.

It might be a flavor profile inspired by the region, a local ingredient, a design detail, a welcome amenity, or something your guests discover along the way.

The idea isn’t to make your wedding look or feel traditionally Mexican if that isn’t your style. It’s about finding small ways to bring a sense of place into the celebration while staying true to your aesthetic.

You want clear communication without being overwhelmed

Wedding planning comes with a lot of decisions. We believe your planner should make those decisions easier, not give you more to worry about.

We’ll give you options, explain the differences, and tell you what we think makes the most sense for your wedding.

You stay involved in the decisions that matter to you, while we help make the process clear and manageable.

If this sounds like the kind of planning experience you’re looking for, we’d love to get to know you and hear what you’re envisioning for your wedding in Mexico.
