About Us
Carolina is fantastic. We came in with a short planning timeline and not much expertise. Carolina had everything covered from general planning, to long-lasting relationships with local vendors, and all the venues in the Punta Mita area. Specialty items to source? She's got you covered. Very specific local insights? Yep that too.
I was particularly impressed with how well her and her team ran the execution & communication on the wedding weekend itself. She expertly and proactively coordinated everything with the skill of a seasoned symphony conductor.

We can't recommend Carolina and her team enough for executing our dream wedding in Punta Mita. We are from Los Angeles and were nervous about planning a destination wedding. We interviewed numerous wedding planners over zoom, and instantly felt at ease with Carolina. She treats you like family from Day 1 and we knew we would be in good hands. I mean this in the most loving way possible... but my wife has a lot of ideas... and Carolina and her team helped us narrow them down and execute them to perfection. We had multiple events, including a Golf Day for the Boys, Spa Day for the Girls, Rehearsal Dinner for 50 people at a restaurant on the outskirts of Punta de Mita, a Welcome Reception at a different restaurant in downtown Punta de Mita, a pool party at the W Hotel Pool, and finally our wedding day. Her team coordinated our welcome bags for our guests, negotiated all of the contracts with outside vendors (Violinist, DJ, Florist, Hotel, Restaurants, Fireworks, Photographer, Videographer, and more), kept everyone on schedule and organized, and every event went off without a hitch. We can go on and on about how amazing Carolina and her team are, but they are simply the best.
