Planning a destination wedding requires working with a planner who is familiar with the area and has real experience throwing similarly sized events in the area. Carolina and her team have planned many weddings and moreover, she has a truly impressive and extensive network of service providers in the area. We never felt like she was trying to upsell us. This made it easy to work with her and plan our dream wedding.
Our wedding was large (100+ people) so working with a planner who really gets to know you and cater her services towards your dream wedding is key, and Carolina delivered on all fronts. When we ran into inevitable obstacles like dealing with rogue service providers, we always felt like Carolina had our back, which is key because she is familiar with the area and everyone wants to work with Carolina again in the future. Finally, I would like to add that we count Carolina now as a true friend, not just a business partner. She really cares about her work and her clients and if you are lucky enough to work with her you'll be in good hands.
We still can’t believe that our wedding was our wedding. It truly felt like a movie, a dream we were lucky enough to live! We could not have done it without the expertise, warmth, and enthusiasm of Caro and her assistant. They are the dream team.
I first came across Carolina while browsing WeddingWire. My partner and I had originally planned to get married in California, but nothing we looked at quite felt like us. We’ve always loved Puerto Vallarta, and once the idea of getting married there crossed our minds, everything clicked. The thumbnail on Caro’s profile immediately caught my eye. The weddings in her portfolio were stunning... elegant, tasteful, and full of personality. Then I read the reviews and was blown away by how much her couples clearly adored working with her. When we met Caro over Zoom, it felt like we were talking with a close friend about our wedding. Her energy is contagious, and it was obvious right away that she genuinely loves what she does. As a gay couple, it’s important for us to feel comfortable and safe with the people we work with, and Caro exceeded that immediately. We felt welcomed, supported, and celebrated from the very first conversation. From that moment on, the entire process felt exciting rather than stressful. Caro is incredibly organized, thoughtful, and detail-oriented. She knows the ins and outs of planning a wedding in Puerto Vallarta - what works, what doesn’t, which vendors are fantastic, and how to bring everything together seamlessly. She worked with our budget and somehow made us feel like absolute superstars. Throughout the entire process she listened carefully, remembered the little things that mattered to us, and helped shape a wedding that felt completely authentic to who we are as a couple. The result was beyond anything we could have imagined. It was beautiful, joyful, and perfectly us. Beyond being an incredible planner, Caro and her assistant are simply wonderful people. Kind, fun, and the type of people you genuinely enjoy spending time with. By the end of this experience, we felt like we had gained friends in Puerto Vallarta. We are still on cloud nine from our wedding, and we will remember it for the rest of our lives. Thank you, Caro for giving us the wedding of our dreams.
