She has such good vision and detail that she immediately made us feel comfortable and confident that our big day was going to be great! Carolina is incredibly knowledgeable about the region with connections to different vendors to accommodate your wedding vision. She is highly coordinated and detail oriented, leaving nothing out. When it came to our wedding day, we didn't have to worry about anything other than being there for our family and friends, Carolina had everything under control. Everything that we requested was perfect, from the venue to the decorations, the catering/bar, to the DJ, the photographer, fireworks, mariachi and more… she had everything running like a fairytale for us. We were extremely satisfied with her work, we had many compliments from our guests which we owe all to Carolina. We highly recommend Carolina Almazan!
Carolina and her assistant Mara reached inside our heads and delivered a wedding even better than we imagined! There were only 10 of us total and it still felt as special, important, and well thought out as any large wedding. We wanted something more colourful and laid back and they completely understood what we were going for! They took care of details we never would've thought of and answered all our questions quickly and clearly. And they are as genuine and kind as they are professional! We couldn't have done it without them. Best money we spent on our wedding! 10/10, no notes!
We fell in love with Carolina and Mara from our first conversation (done over Zoom). Carolina was organized, clear, and listened to every detail we expressed. But, Carolina was also warm, genuine, and down to earth - and we immediately clicked with her. Our instincts told us she would be easy and fun to work with, and we felt confident she would make our whole vision come together. Due to some personal health issues we had to postpone our already half booked celebration for an entire year - Carolina was not only our greatest ally in terms of liaising with all the vendors to adjust our contracts, but she also became the sweetest friend, keeping in touch and checking on us throughout that whole year. All the while, never forgetting our vision and ideas.
Needless to say, when our wedding week finally came around there was so much anticipation to see how everything we'd discussed would come to life. Carolina planned both our Welcome Party and Wedding, each with their own very specific themes and vibes - and with my whole heart I mean it when I say both events were BEYOND OUR WILDEST DREAMS. Not only did they nail each and every single detail, but everything was more than we could have asked for. Carolina and Mara are absolute professionals- but they are also true CREATIVES and very talented individuals!
Our Welcome Party was a Mexican Fiesta theme of bright, playful colors against a white canvas - and Carolina delivered the most elegant, modern and yet still traditionally Mexican atmosphere we could have imagined. Everything from the seating arrangements to the thoughtful details - centerpieces, perfectly placed pompom strings, and lighting blew everyone away. We could have stopped at just that Welcome Party and it would have been enough to rave about all week!
But then the Wedding - I will never, ever forget how perfect everything was. It truly felt like Carolina climbed into our minds and pulled out everything our hearts imagined. Not to sound partial because it was our own, but it was honestly the BEST WEDDING I've ever seen!! I could have lived in that day forever. The communication between Caro, Mara and the vendors was seamless, everything went off without a hitch - we even had guests that were so blown away and impressed by just the servers knowing who they were and their individual allergies! It was such a luxurious and polished experience.
Everything was gorgeous! From the flowers, which Caro creatively personalized to incorporate elements of our beloved desert, to the fun seating assignment idea, and the exceptional tablescape - it all came together in a perfect representation of our personalities.

She will help you choose the perfect venue, photographer, chef, band, H+MU, and other fun details to make your day unique! We cannot recommend Carolina highly enough - she will make all your dreams for your special day come true!
