Wow. It’s hard to describe how wonderful our experience with Carolina was! She is incredibly talented and loves what she does. We truly didn’t have to worry about a thing. She was incredibly responsive at any time of day or night throughout the entire planning process, kept us on track when we needed to make decisions and submit payments. Even with last minute changes and stress because of covid, Carolina planned and executed our dream wedding. We will never forget it!
We both wish we could get married again so we could have the experience all over again. All of our guests said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. The venue, photographer, food, hair and makeup vendors that Carolina shared with us turned out to be top notch. She knows so many top people in the business. She won’t steer you wrong. Do not hesitate for a second in hiring her. I’m sad my wedding is over because we won’t get to communicate regularly with her anymore! Thank you so much Carolina!
Oh my goodness, I don’t even know where to start, but I will start off saying that hiring Carolina Almazan was the best decision we made in our wedding planning. Our wedding planning started in early 2020, and Carolina was with us every step of the way. We flew to Puerto Vallarta to meet her (right before the pandemic hit) and we spent two days touring different hotels/venues. Carolina prepared a touring agenda with places we selected, and places she recommended. She was very knowledgeable with the industry offering pros/cons of each location, and really spent time getting to know us as a couple as well. Once we selected a venue, Carolina offered advice when it came to contract negotiations, schedule, and was always available to answer our questions.
In the summer of 2020, we decided it was best to postpone our wedding to the following year, and Carolina made this process as seamless as possible. Once we finally began planning again, it was game time! Carolina went ABOVE and BEYOND in all areas. She was with us in all meetings with the venue for the wedding, making sure no details were missed. She stepped in to direct our rehearsal when the coordinator was not available. She assisted with shopping for items for our welcome bags, and assembly along with her amazing assistant Sony.
She totally EXCEEDED my expectations for the wedding decor. Everything was picture perfect, every detail well thought out, and even threw in some extras! This day would not have been able to happen without her help, and it was the best decision we made HANDS DOWN. Carolina was the best wedding planner we could have ever asked for, and not only that, but she is an amazing and kind person through and through. We not only gained a wedding planner, but also a friend 🙂
I can probably keep going but I will end it here with saying, if you are looking for a wedding planner, Carolina is your person! (if she can plan a wedding during a pandemic, she can handle anything! lol)
No review could properly capture how incredibly wonderful Carolina Almazan and her team is at planning your dream wedding!!! I was referred to Carolina by another couple in the states who sang her praises and now I know why! Before we hired Carolina we had already selected our venue (W Punta Mita) which offered us a complimentary wedding coordinator to help with the wedding. We actually thought seriously about not hiring a planner to save money but I quickly realized how much goes into planning a wedding and how necessary it is to have someone who is fully dedicated and invested in your special day. So i started searching instagram for pictures of weddings I liked, and was able to connect with another bride who hired Carolina. From that day on, Carolina became part of our family. She was an absolute joy to work with from beginning to end. I am SOOO thankful for her!
So if you’re looking for a planner, let me just tell you that Carolina has been doing weddings in the Puerto Vallarta/Punta Mita area for years and knows everyone. And everyone loves working with her. She knows all the options available, the best suppliers, how to get the best prices, and how most importantly how to execute. Her ability to execute is what amazes me the most. You tell her something and she never forgets it and always follows through to make it happen. It amazed me. So I definitely recommend that if you have a dream for your wedding, reach out to Carolina and she will be with you every step of the way to make it happen.

I have been in the events industry for over 17 years and cannot recall working with a more professional and creative décor partner than Carolina Almazan. We have worked with her on two separate corporate incentive programs that required unique and creative event décor, entertainment and production for 3 consecutive days and nights. She came up with amazing concepts with very little input and turned around proposals in no time at all. Our guests were blown away each time and are always asking how we come up with such different and exciting experiences for them. It’s all Carolina!

Carolina made our wedding so beautiful. She has lots of experience working in all areas of what goes into a wedding, and a lot of great connections so that you don’t have to go out and look on your own for florists, guest gift bags, etc. My heart sunk when we found out we couldn’t have fireworks at our wedding which we discovered at our first meeting, but upon hearing that she said “don’t worry, we’ll make it happen” with a wink. And she did! It was absolutely beautiful.
Before we even hired her she had already laid out an entire presentation with the wedding colors and themes I wanted on a slideshow, to present me with some visions of what my perfect wedding could be like. She was extremely prepared and organized, and so quick to respond to all the emails we sent back and forth (even in the middle of the night!) I highly recommend using Carolina’s services, she is so kind, and so invested in your wedding, and wants to make sure you get what you want from the best of the best. Thank you Carolina!!
Our wedding would not have been the same without Caro and her team. Her help, guidance and hard work were invaluable during our planning process, as well as on the actual day itself. We planned our Vallarta wedding from the United States, and in the months leading up to it Caro kept in constant touch through email, phone calls and video chat. We sent her dozens of photos of the style we wanted, and we were amazed at how well she was able to capture our aesthetic.
On the actual day of the wedding, it seemed like Caro and her team were everywhere at once. The venue looked absolutely incredible, like something out of a dream. Not only did she execute our larger vision with perfection but also the details.
