Carolina made our wedding so beautiful. She has lots of experience working in all areas of what goes into a wedding, and a lot of great connections so that you don’t have to go out and look on your own for florists, guest gift bags, etc. My heart sunk when we found out we couldn’t have fireworks at our wedding which we discovered at our first meeting, but upon hearing that she said “don’t worry, we’ll make it happen” with a wink. And she did! It was absolutely beautiful.
Before we even hired her she had already laid out an entire presentation with the wedding colors and themes I wanted on a slideshow, to present me with some visions of what my perfect wedding could be like. She was extremely prepared and organized, and so quick to respond to all the emails we sent back and forth (even in the middle of the night!) I highly recommend using Carolina’s services, she is so kind, and so invested in your wedding, and wants to make sure you get what you want from the best of the best. Thank you Carolina!!
Our wedding would not have been the same without Caro and her team. Her help, guidance and hard work were invaluable during our planning process, as well as on the actual day itself. We planned our Vallarta wedding from the United States, and in the months leading up to it Caro kept in constant touch through email, phone calls and video chat. We sent her dozens of photos of the style we wanted, and we were amazed at how well she was able to capture our aesthetic.
On the actual day of the wedding, it seemed like Caro and her team were everywhere at once. The venue looked absolutely incredible, like something out of a dream. Not only did she execute our larger vision with perfection but also the details.
Caro also did a great job connecting us with dependable vendors, chefs and DJs that took their work as seriously as she did. With Caro you’re getting a wedding planner who has a great touch for style and elegance, and you’re also getting a wedding planner you know you can rely on. We made a lot of choices leading up to our wedding day. Working with Caro was easily one of our best decisions.

She went above and beyond from the time we signed our contract through the conclusion of our wedding events to closely work with us in helping plan out every detail of our events. Her responsiveness, professionalism, attention to detail, and friendliness were truly impressive. She made the entire process enjoyable, easy and fun for me and my husband. When it came down to execution, all of the wedding-related events not only met our expectations, but exceeded them.
We could not have been happier with how each event. They were all beautiful, and were exactly what we had envisioned and hoped for. Carolina was there at all times to ensure that things went smoothly and to see that we/our guests were well taken care of. She is a talented, and consummate professional in her field.
