We highly recommend Carolina. She is an exceptional event planner. What’s more, she is person you can count on for bringing integrity, value, joy and inspiration to any event, especially a wedding. She helped my wife and I plan and organize the most incredible wedding at the St. Regis Punta Mita in November of 2017. Carolina demonstrated all the qualities one hopes for in an event planner. She is a gifted listener, calm and easy-going – professional person and has an uncanny ability to transform a messy mix of preferences, needs, and budget into a well-crafted, well run event. What distinguishes her from other excellent planners is her obvious love and commitment to her job that far exceed the expectations of her clients.
Being that we live in California and were hosting a 120 person, four-day wedding extravaganza, there was no room for error in any details. After a few short meetings, Carolina and her team did the rest. The wedding as well the entire weekend event from beginning to end was effortless on our part and flawless in execution by Carolina and her team. Not only did the event go well, Carolina and her team were masterful at creating and maintaining a space where everyone there felt taken care of and called to have an exceptional experience — the party and event got rave reviews. To this day we still hear from friends and family asking when we’re going back to relive our “amazing Punta Mita Wedding”.

I have been in the events industry for over 17 years and cannot recall working with a more professional and creative décor partner than Carolina Almazan. We have worked with her on two separate corporate incentive programs that required unique and creative event décor, entertainment and production for 3 consecutive days and nights. She came up with amazing concepts with very little input and turned around proposals in no time at all. Our guests were blown away each time and are always asking how we come up with such different and exciting experiences for them. It’s all Carolina!

Carolina made our wedding so beautiful. She has lots of experience working in all areas of what goes into a wedding, and a lot of great connections so that you don’t have to go out and look on your own for florists, guest gift bags, etc. My heart sunk when we found out we couldn’t have fireworks at our wedding which we discovered at our first meeting, but upon hearing that she said “don’t worry, we’ll make it happen” with a wink. And she did! It was absolutely beautiful.
Before we even hired her she had already laid out an entire presentation with the wedding colors and themes I wanted on a slideshow, to present me with some visions of what my perfect wedding could be like. She was extremely prepared and organized, and so quick to respond to all the emails we sent back and forth (even in the middle of the night!) I highly recommend using Carolina’s services, she is so kind, and so invested in your wedding, and wants to make sure you get what you want from the best of the best. Thank you Carolina!!
Our wedding would not have been the same without Caro and her team. Her help, guidance and hard work were invaluable during our planning process, as well as on the actual day itself. We planned our Vallarta wedding from the United States, and in the months leading up to it Caro kept in constant touch through email, phone calls and video chat. We sent her dozens of photos of the style we wanted, and we were amazed at how well she was able to capture our aesthetic.
On the actual day of the wedding, it seemed like Caro and her team were everywhere at once. The venue looked absolutely incredible, like something out of a dream. Not only did she execute our larger vision with perfection but also the details.
Caro also did a great job connecting us with dependable vendors, chefs and DJs that took their work as seriously as she did.
